This three-disk DVD set contains a total of 16 lectures by Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, Raja John Hagelin, and other scientists and doctors, presented as part of a series of eight meetings over the first four months of a student's TM practice. Each of the eight meetings has a recommended video plus one or two talks included as alternates.
